poor maintenance

The air conditioning units were underwhelming. One was tough to operate due to its placement. Traffic noise crept in from outside, especially from revved-up cars, which could disrupt your peace at night. Check-in delays can occur, with access sometimes coming in much later than expected. The overall upkeep of the hotel left something to be desired, like finding dirty linens after housekeeping had come through.
